It should completely disable the bling animation entirely, but I don't know why those items would behave differently from your spells.

Ok, so I found what was causing it. There was an option in the defaults of raven that made the borders white.
May I ask how to solve the problem of the white border?
Maybe better write a PM to him and post the result here :D

We track debuff on combatlog, i think all crowd control spells is actually a debuff placed on the target, right?
Expat the ones I posted they are all debuffs on the target. The spells I mention are all spells that you shoud only use if the target casts a spell and then when it hits it will lock the spellschool that the targ...

dominos was where I'd screwed up. for whatever reason, while every other character (including my moonkin on the other account!) correctly prefilled the bars, the Bear did not. and I ended up unlocking things and moving them around and...yeah. ended up with bars that wouldn't align properly, a casting bar in the middle of said bars...
