That will be done on the addon responsible for the frames, the main addon on this pack: oUF_lumen
Look for the addon folder and inside you will find a file named cfg.lua

To move the totem bar you should go to the file cfg.lua on the folder oUf_lumen (inside the interface/addons folder).
Open the file with any program that can read text files (ex. notepad)
