Good idea, but I think that the most people dont like one more raid frame with all members on the screen.
It would be better at plugin for other raid frames like grid or something :/

Why?
The Addon manipulates the ingame framerate, not more.
Every fps display tool will say you the right fps.
If you have activated Vsync, you cant have more then 60fps, with this addon
you can have more then 60fps, and that is not possible.

Fake fps?
My ingame fps in dalaran are boostet from ~50 up to ~89 at ultra settings.
But other fps programs like Fraps tell me still the old fps with this addon.
