Have not yet tried this addon, however I did not see this feature listed. If it's there, updating the description would be good, if not, then it is a deal breaker for me personally.
The feature is simply being able to use your scrollwheel in the chatbox.

Have a question: How does it handle vehicles? Especially party vehicles.
Reason: I'm doing a lot of Malygos now, and with Ulduar around the corner, seeing someone's vehicle hp is incredibly important.
The layout looks spiffy, though I have to agree with a really low slung castbar not being my cup of tea.

Honestly, if you want a good binding addon, pick up BindPad. It's here on WoWI. Make a bind in the standard keybinding window to show the bindpad window. Drag spells/items/macros into this window. click the item in the new window then press the keybind you want it to take.
This does show the keybind on every bar addon I've used.

Once you get the main feature set down, and working solid, the next logical step (imo) is to make similar buff/debuff settings for your target, especially for tracking your own buffs/debuffs on given target.
Am unsure how difficult this would be to accomplish/code, but it's something to keep in the back of your mind.

You obviously check your comments, how about a reply to why you disable the addon when horde on Dethecus?
To be respected as an addon author, you have to not be shady and leave underhanded code in your addons. Especially when it's not a joke/silly addon.
