/acb opens the cast bar options Zazzles. There will be a box that says Edit Mode, check the box and you can click+drag all the bars. :)
Prophet - it should already be set up with that if im understanding you correctly.
Are you asking for ALL the buffs on you, or specifically the buffs on target friendlies?

When I log into any character, my chat panes starts out very faded and hard to see. I have to click on a new chat tab, example my tab for trade chat, for the faded look to go away.
It reminds me of activating a minimized window on your deskto...

Im wondering if there is any way to have two panels open at the same time though. Id like to have one to track healing/absorbs and one to track damage.

I've never seen anything like that.
Try deleting the two SBF folders in your Interface > Addons main folders and reinstalling it separat...
