Player Buffs/Debuffs

I have a question that hopefully the author or user community can help with. My target's buffs/debuffs appear over their profile just like I'd expect. But mine are way up in the top right corner like Blizz default. Shouldn't my buffs/debuffs be over my player profile? Is this a setting somewhere that I've overlooked? Big tha...
