I am starting work on a GUI front-end for FreeRefills. I wrote a bunch of stuff that I'm planning to do, but I think I'd better leave it off for now as my plans are changing somewhat.
It'll probably be at least a week before I have anything to show, so don't hold your breath for too long. ;)

MERCHANT_SHOW
If you're talking about opening the merchant frame in the first place, that has absolutely nothing to do with this addon. My addon is only activated when you shift-click an item...

Tanao, I have not heard anything like this from anyone else. Also, I have released a new version since your comment so you may want to download it.
There is always the possibility that you have another addon that is interfering with BuyEmAll. Please make a bug report and include a list of your other addons.

You should be able to in the default UI... It just doesn't show a cursor. (I just found that out today, myself)
Edit: Mine uses the default UI's box, but fools it into allowing large numbers to be entered.
