That's definitely not just happening since 3.3. This is a know issues since ... err, ages. WoW 2.0 or something. When Blizzard added the secureframethingy which blocks ALL unitframe addons from setting focus target via rightlick dropdown menu.
use /focus instead - you can also macro + keybind it.

But something unexspected happens
----I can't use the focus frame now while using viv since 3.3!
when i try to set focus target,always being told that
"ouf_viv4 has been XXX by Blizzard UI,try to disable the ui and relogin"
or something like that...
would plz help me fix it?thks a lot~:o
