PerfectRaid has never had a set of MT frames, you can use /praid lock to lock the addon, and mana bars have been listed a number of times how you can enable them (its a one line comment...

Yes, click-sets are functional, but at the moment not with custom actions. This is a bug, and I've solved it internally thanks to great bug reports. I should be able to ship this out within the next day or so.

Clique. I remove curses from whoever needs to have them removed. I have a binding for Abolish Poison and Remove Curse on my druid. I use PerfectRaid or the default unit frames to clearly see when someone is debuffed with something I can cure.
