You are making requests for modifications that are not possible in a WoW 2.x world. These days, what you can do is create buttons, assign a rank or have them auto rank and you can only do this outside of combat. In combat you cannot change your spells, rank, unit or add/remove buttons.

I would like to ask, could you could add new functionality, so that when you use the middle and/or right mouse buttons to click on a healing spell, that it casts a lower rank of the spell, instead of the one that would be casted for a left-click of the mouse.
This way I can do lower level heals, w/o having to add multiple buttons...
