Already in the next beta version =) Should be out in a few days, just getting everything in before wotlk hits. Originally posted by affix Grayhoof: Gladius is tracking PvP trinket usage now. It pops up the PvP trinket icon when a player uses their trinket. This'd be a great feature for Proximo, especially if a small cooldown...

This version is not for the beta, but thanks for the input. Originally posted by Arkive Have you tried this on the beta yet? Is there any reason to believe there would be an update required for the new arenas, or is it capable of just sensing that you're "in" an arena and operating off that info? *Edit* I was able to hop...

Its not going away, but its going to take me a bit to convert over to the new/better way of doing things. Hopefully the update last night at least made it functional again. My WoW time is currently severely reduced, which means my arena time is even less =) Originally posted by Arkive I'm not even sure it's that. Why reinve...

What exactly isn't working? I'm sure it isn't as I have not had a chance to really work on it in actual arenas, but I need some details to try and figure out where. Originally posted by fragger12 this does not seem to work with 3.02 on live atm

Thanks for the info. That makes a large part of Proximo obsolete, so guess I'll have to decide how to proceed with it. Any unit frame can now handle arena opponents pretty easily, so not a lot for Proximo to offer anymore =( Originally posted by ScytheBlade1 Hey there Greyhoof. Remove the search value, you don't need it. Damage by itself will show you all damage. Originally posted by mech6982 I've been using this mod for a long time, but recently starting playing a Warlock. You've downloaded the wrong version of SCT. You need to download the live version (6.2), not the WotLK version (only for beta). http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info3965-ScrollingCombatText.html http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info4913-SCT-Damage.html Originally posted by JohnJSal After disabling all other add-ons...

Try disabling all other addons, and only having those 4 enabled. Originally posted by JohnJSal I did read the install.txt file. I have sct, sct_options, sctd, and sctd_options in my AddOns folder. Within the sct and sctd folders are /fonts, /libs, and /local, and various other files. The two options folders each have a /local f...

Please read install.txt. Everything you are saying here is pointing to it not being installed correctly. The options screen shots shows you what it should look like. Do you have an addons buttons on the character select page? Originally posted by JohnJSal /sct does not work either. And I have never seen an "addon" tab under t...

Try just typing /sct. However, if you do not see the addons tab under interface options, that still points to them not being installed correctly. Originally posted by JohnJSal There is no add-ons tab. Where should I be looking? And I'm sure it's installed correctly. All you have to do is put the folders in the AddOns folder,...

Re: How do you get to the options?

Try going to the game menu (esc) and selecting Interface, then select the addons tab. If you do not see SCT and SCTD showing up there, then you probably just don't have them installed correctly. The install.txt in the zip files should help you find the issue in most cases. Originally posted by JohnJSal I'm having trouble even ge...

Re: Targetting problem
Posted By: Grayhoof
Neither of those issues are bugs. The dimmed out names are because you didn't see the person until you entered combat, so Proximo cannot update its macros to target them until you are out of combat (limitation imposed by Blizzard for all mods). The second issue is people naming their pets or paying to change their name to the same as...

Re: Re: Re: Proximo possible problem

Leylan, thanks for all the information. Based on what you said, I am wondering if sound could be the issue since the Proximo macro for targeting does play a sound. In a skirmish, or just anywhere, try making a macro with just this in it: /script PlaySound("igMainMenuOptionCheckBoxOn") Spam that macro and see if that causes a di...

Re: wierd mem use
Posted By: Grayhoof
Its most likely because another mod is using the Ace libraries, and all that usage is being assigned to Proximo by your memory mod. See here: http://wowace.com/wiki/Ace2_Memory_Concerns Proximo doesn't do anything unless you are in an arena. If you don't want it loaded, just disable until you are doing arena. Originally posted...

It may not be possible, but without some clue as to what could be causing it or how to reproduce it, I'm not really able to help. My suggestion to everyone that has reported...
