Not sure if you even check this anymore Caith but there's been a couple of posts to see if you still have your modified changes for Grid that never went live into any of your UI's.

You have to assign a hotkey in the blizzard keybinding settings for that addon.
Then hover your mouse over the specific frame. Press the hotkey until only the frame you want to move is blue.
Move the frame to your liking and press hotkey again.
Maybe some kgpanels will disturb you and color the...
