As an elemental shaman, I don't have a need for this, some class might though. Shadowpriests way back...

About the castbar, I could write one up myself but I'm sure I'm not the only FreeUI user out there who's got a caster to play. :) Having a proper one for the masses would be a better solution, in my opinion.
