Use the profiles window in BagSync to delete the profiles of the characters that are duplicated. Use the following command:
/bgs profiles
or setup a hotkey for the BagSync Profiles window.

Since v10.2 the download on curse has had duplicate copies of the files in the directories \libs\CustomSearch-1.0\, \libs\LibDataBroker-1.1\, \libs\LibItemSearch-1.2, \libs\Unfit-1.0\, when I unzip it.
