best thing u can do is remove ur Cache Folder, WTF and Interface folder.
Then install this addon compilation

That addon is called "All Stats"
Btw i edited All Stats in this addon compilation, so it got a higher strata.
If you download it, better download the edited version from me then.

Nevermind i found the issea, go with my mouse on chatbox, i see the general and combat log button, right clicked selected background, and made it transperant.. gonna try this UI in some raids :) ty

Just tested it, works fine on 1280x1024 without any editing.
Just only 1 problem the background of my chatbox is black, but in the screenshot it is transperant.. tryed disable all background settings in chatter didnt work.. anyone know?
