Unfortunately all the panels associated with the Recount/Omen frame (11 panels) are anchored to Recount itself. Terrible design on my part :(
This is probably because of Recount. Since the last few patches, my combat log, Recount and MSBT will sometimes randomly stop working. This happened with other UIs prior to my conversion...

Sadly there are a lot of UI's that use someone else's layout, then they double the memory footprint by adding tons of useless extra addons and then call it their own.
