Pretty sure if you use the WTF folder set up for 1680x1050 it shouldn't take too much to move stuff for your size. I think you'd probably not have to move anything to...

As far as the quest tracking issue, I know that chinchilla has some options available to move certain Ui elements like that. If that element isn't included you could always try one of those "move anything" addons.

with the HealingUI, when doing a quest, the quest objective is sort of hidden under the minimap. how would I move it to a bit lower, or a different place all together? I will try and get a screenshot for you.
