Just happened again. I stopped the scan when new posts stopped coming in to chat. Auctioneer window shows 8min 25s elapsed scan time, while chat shows that the scan was stopped after 9min 38s.

I play on a very heavily populated server, and typically the scan all comes to 375-400 pages. It never finishes. I always get disconnected from the server, and often the game client crashes to desktop as well.

if I wanted this to display a little higher up on the screen -- say, waist level, instead of below feet -- would I modify the first Anchors (TOP CENTER) > RelDimension > y value in line 11 of TextHUD.xml to do so? Or do I need to find something in TextHUD.lua?

how about an option to lock the frames down? I have to use simple chat interface b/c I used to constantly grab & drag the edge of the chat frame when I wanted to mouse-turn.

Every time I log in, I find that I have lost the arrangements, size changes, font changes that I had set up before. I click the "set to default" I set a new profile. None of it seems to help -- my statblocks are scattered all over the screen when I come back. What am I doing wrong?
