apparently the addon called adapt: Almost default animated portraits / https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/project-2341 doesnt show animation at all with the UI enabled. :(

Alright, I have figured out the issue with the Minimap frame and it will be fixed in the next update. My apologies, since this is my first Addon, and I am not a coder, I am figuring things out as I go. I will post the next update later today to fix the Minimap issue. Thanks for your patience. Hello, love the appearance of your addon however in classic wow the variant for minimap and target frames wont apply when using the rune english variant on both mini map no lense and target frame, despite copying folder from addon folder into the respective interface folder of matching name ie targeting frame from variant folder...
