About the player power ball

Hi, Zork, nice to having your UI, I have a question about the rBottomBarStyler. How to set the class power to recover smooth? For example, I wanted to see every one unite of power recover other than it just jump up every one second. Sorry my bad English. BTW, Happy Christmas!
