 How To Backup?

When flagRSP first loads, it shows a random tip (unless you've turned this option off). One says:
"To prevent loss of your description and Friendlist entries you should REGULARLY backup flagRSP's settings. Look into flagRSP's readme to find out how to backup this data."
Unfortunately, I can't find anything in the documentatio...
