 Hi I have a quick question regarding the XP BAR

Hi, you know when you use the "Shortbar" option for your UI which gives 3bars stacked on top of each other. I can't seem to find the XP Bar I've tried downloading moveanything aswell to get it to appear but nothing? How can I get the XP Bar to appear while using the Shortbar option? since i like 3bars stacked.
