Limit on number of Guild Banks?

For quite some time now, I have had problems with some, but not all, Guild banks not showing in tooltips. During the rebuild necessary after the latest patch, I found that all was ok until I added the eighth guild. As soon as I did that, other guilds stopped displaying.
