I've created a fixed version for 6.0.2 which also includes the fix for 5.0.4: https://www.scene.org/~jeffry/KarniCrap_6.0.2.1-Khymar.zip It's unofficial, but it should work. The problem was that in the new patch the GUID formatting has changed dramatically, so when the addon checked if you were looting a creature it failed....
