 debuff in grp 1?

I like your buff mod so far, but I'm having a bit of a problem getting debuffs to show in grp1.. I've gone into the settings and selected to show buffs and debuffs, and disabled grp 2 alltogether. when I run outside of shat and start hitting the spiders or moths, none of the debuffs show up in grp1.
