Unfortunately, I was having some hard WOW lockups, had to sign off Win8.1 and back on, when raiding with FauxMazzle so had to go back to something a bit more streamlined until I can provide better info.
I'll give this new version a shot. Sounds like some great improvements! Thanks for the update.

My Autobar popout for pets and minions is popping under the raid frames and disappears are soon as I mouse over the raid frame. I've set the Autobar bar strata to "high", but no luck.

I tried putting everything, as is, in \Interface. No luck. Also tried putting everything into \Interface\Addons which gives you an \Interface\Addons\Addons. Still no luck.

Same issue with QuestFu - quest count text not showing. I changed some options around and it appeared for one play session, but I also hid the icon. Next log on, no quest count text and no icon so it's completely gone from the bar. :(

yep, using 1.2.1647.
My whole top bar of fubar addons are set to "in center". Only the latest versions of GuildFu and FriendsFu will not stay centered. Setting to "in center" lasts for the session, when I log out and back in, they go back to the left. I'll keep tinkering.
