I am currently using this in the PTR 9.0.1 and for some reason the empty buttons are not showing up. I have adjusted all the settings I can find related this and none of them have changed anything. ANy idea what could be causing this?

I have been having a problem with Dominos for quite a while now. The Number 11 button keybind on Bar 1 doesn't work. No matter what button I bind to it. I can click on it with my mouse and it works fine but pressing the key that is bound to button 11 on bar 1 doesn't work. It is like this on all my characters. I can turn off Domino...
