What anchors the Chat Type Box? I formatted it for a higher res, only thing I can't figure out how to move is the type box.

Question/Suggestion!. Do you think, you can cut the target frame/char frame, in half, Push them up. Stack the bars into Three bars in the middle, and have omen/recount on either side of the action bars? And make it all tight in a group like it is now? but with the two frames up slightly? (weather it becomes a newer version or a...
