Thanks for sharing Matt just one thing I see you have elvui in the addons does this UI use that? If so you may find they don't allow it to be downloaded apart from there website.
Most people direct you to the files from the install instructions.
Did you manage to make it work( whole UI pack)? Followed instructions and stuck on EL...
