Ui won't update after hitting hammers up

I just reinstalled this up and after hitting hammers up the lui will not update. Have to disable lui and getting message bout too many errors. I followed instructions and still having issues. This freaking frustrating already!

this is the error message i get when I try to set this up for the first time: http://i.imgur.com/yQuKQx4.jpg Can someone please help me out? Is there a video with step by step pics that i can follow with? I really want to use this but im getting to the point of saying "duck" it!
