 FPS drops every time I use your addon

Just like the subject says every time I use the addon my fps drops but not only does it drop I get a pause for like half a second every 2 seconds that extremely annoying.

after raiding for the first time with altzui I noticed on Demonic inquisition the torment bar didn't show up where can i turn this on i need that bar to see energy lvls like that on any boss fight
