Yes, they've created a phenomenal product. A product which they produce and make money by using other people's copyright and the two other sites bandwidth. Had they approached the main sites and worked with them to create something that displayed the site's ads and was able to be controlled in a way.. then I would be behind it 100%....

A lot of misinformation there. The only part that matters (and really, it *is* sufficient) is As an addon author, I have the right to control where and when my addons are distributed. This allows me to provide a level of support for my users that I feel is necessary. Nothing more is needed.
