Stutters on mouse-over

On hovering at a mouse-over-target on my priest I always get micro-stutters - no lua-errors though. This behavior is only noticeable on my priest. As soon as I disable reagentCounter the stutters are gone.

Does anyone know how to fix "whoa ThickFrames" to show the real health instead of "100% 100"? I did find the custom status text format-function (inside whoaThickFrame.lua), but I don't know how to properly edit it.
