is there anyway to move the debuff icon for the target frame? i know the debuff icon is under buff icon but i could care less what buff my mob has on them i just want to see debuffs/dots but i also dont want a gap between the target frame and icons like there is currently.

is there anyway to share data across accounts? I currently have 3 accounts and would love to be able to see what my other chars have on the other accounts. I use the same computer for all characters if that helps in explaining.
