Lua Errors

Everytime i try to load up Or_Soulshards a Lua Error that says that the Or_Soulshards.lua can't find the AceAddon-2.0 library, or if i download Ace2 to use instead of the files that are with the program it comes up that it can't find the OOAdd and the FubarPlugin, which also makes it not load??? Is there something i'm missing or w...
