Cloudy Action bars

Hey guys, I have gone through pages and pages trying to find this but to no avail. I am betting I am going to feel dumb when this is over. Any way. Hey guys, I was just wondering. I recently upgraded to the new version of SVUI. The new version for some reason does not show a Fishing button on my lower right side of the screen now. Before I would hit that and use that as I fish. Is there anyway to bring that back up or is it just gone?
