when I add a new quest, the tracker shifts more and remains empty space (screen 1) http://eximage.ru/image.php?di=497G then I reset it with /rq and everything becomes normal http://eximage.ru/image.php?di=1702 but after relog the problem returns How can I fix it?

Great UI! Where in the config can I change it so that I'm able to see my keybinds on the bar as well as the tooltip when hovering over an ability?
