 Elite Quests do not show any indication that it's an Elite Quest

Pretty sure there used to be a next to the Elite quests in the log. Now it just shows nothing, so I never know when quests are Elite.
In the description, it says "Elite quests display a ' ' in the level of the quest" Where is the + sign??
When will this be fixed?
