You probably had a corrupt download as none of the files seem to be correct. But you should be aware that I have removed all of the RealUI component from the download and only included Grid2/TellMeWhen/WeakAuras profiles. If you want to achieve the UI as seen in the video you should download RealUI from the original creator.
