Its both to be found in the spawning section. Just comment the stuff for castbars out and replace Grid with Vuhdo.

I want a bar to show only when I press "i" - Is that possible or just with ctrl, shift and alt? :) Btw, I am using dominos for a _long_ time now and I still love it. Very good work!
