I think your addons somewhere on C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\
I changed all "this" on "self"... you can't appear this error with new versions :))

I had this same error. After removal of the interface\Blizzard* I can't reproduce this error. Removed because of problems with the game client.
If the problem persists, try to fix it. Maybe it only occurs during the first replacement symbol.
