On raid bosses, would it be possible to add hp if that npc id is in the list even if level is unknown? Or if i'm running through a high level zone and seeing a level ?? "Shadowmaw Panther" npc 684 that got data for = 1536, = 1604, could it default to to highest level data for that known unit?

Raid bosses have their level omitted from the CreatureKey since the client never receives them and the other entries lead me to believe these are difficulty-adjust...
