Definitely broken, does double repeats of quests that you are no longer even on and finished a while ago and not updating to current.
Minimap Button Frame could sure use a look at as well but i'm confident that you use the addon, so probably not telling you nothing you don't already know :)

Zoom in some POI points show only at some min scale.
can change it under options -> maps -> map options -> icon scale min slider bar
default is -1 , I usually change it between 20-30
