@HOPE: I was able to recreate this error by creating a ring called "World Markers" (which, when saved to OPie's saved variables, is shortened to "WorldMarkers" because variable names can't have spaces in them) and then enabling the addon OPie_WorldMarkers. When my addon tries to create it's ring, it conflicts with the one previously...
