@HOPE: You could try deleting the ring in game, using OPie's interface (Interface -> Addons -> OPie -> Custom Rings -> "select the world markers ring or rings" -> Delete ring), or you could try deleting the offending ring out of OPie's saved variables file (WoW Folder -> WTF -> Account -> "Your Account Name" -> SavedVariables -> OPie...

@HOPE: I was able to recreate this error by creating a ring called "World Markers" (which, when saved to OPie's saved variables, is shortened to "WorldMarkers" because variable names can't have spaces in them) and then enabling the addon OPie_WorldMarkers. When my addon tries to create it's ring, it conflicts with the one previously...
