 What is making the Broker Bar ?

First off I want say I really like this UI, the one thing I'd like to change is the the Broker bar you have hat the top of the screen. It looks like you are using Carousel but what is the Box. If it's a Kgpanel whats the name of it ? I what to go back to a Bar that hides like Fubar.
