I was looking at the screenshots on the WoW Forums, and wanted to make a couple suggestions if you allow me too :P You can take or leave in the jar! :)
I was going to say, you should make your nameplates and your buff tracker on the right look exactly the way your HP bars do, very slim white bars :)

Every fps display tool will say you the right fps.
If you have activated Vsync, you cant have more then 60fp...

I realized that I can just make a trial account and update from there, so since I haven't really been playing lately, I will just keep trials to keep my urge to make interfaces in addition to updating my UIs for now :)
I just await cataclysm for content because I really have been playing too long to enjoy anything anymore though...
