That's not addon's bug. The time given by the npc's goes slower than it should. you can see it by yourself if you add same time than WGT has in /stopwatch... I tested this myself and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. /stopwatch 50:00 and press start when WGT's timer hit's 50mins. You'll notice the times go hand by ha...
