I have no intentions of using KGpanels. I found the config for it to be a total nightmare. eepanels does what I want it to with hardly any effort. I reduced the size of the panels for this latest release, any smaller and you would not be able to read the information.
You could remove eepanels and then use KG panels to fit around...

I understand now. Unfortunately because all the addons I use in this UI are written for English there is probably no way for you to get the font. You might try un-installing SCT and then looking for a version of SCT that is written in Korean.
That is the best advice I can give.
