I just released _NPCScan.Overlay, for everyone who wanted rare mob paths on their maps. It has minimap support, and shows you where found mobs probably are. No TomTom arrows (there's no way to know precisely where the rare is), but the found marker it leaves on your minimap should be a good guess as to where the mob is. It works...
