It is "work in progress" and I don't know if it is looking like ElvUI. I want to rebuild the old Caith UI like it was looking in The Burning Crusade. I was using it for a long time in mid TBC:

Alright that all makes sense.
I hope you will find a way to better organize the textures, because its really confusing sometimes (e.g. you create some textures for your actionbar, then you create some other textures and then you realize that you need another texture for your actionbar :( )...

You have to add more bars through /dominos and then you have to expand the kgpanels artwork (/kgpanels) if you want it to look nice too :P
You have to do it by your own. Maybe you have to move other UI elements too.

How do I activate boss frames?
You can activate the default Blizzard-Bossframes:
/pb -> Modules (click on that little plus icon here) -> Hide Blizzard frames -> uncheck "Boss"
Maybe I will check if it is possible to create a Yulu UI themed boss-frame in the future.

That is because this interface is not designed for the resolution of your monitor. If you ask me it could be worse, it looks better than I expected.
You have to move a few frames via / kgpanels config, should not be too difficult. My settings for MoveAnything are stored in the default profile, so you only have to move a few frame...
